We (myself and Joe Boorman) are creating a free local paper aimed specifically at younger teenagers as there is a gap in the market for this.
We will research local newspapers in the area and work out how we can make ours more attractive to the market. Eventually we will create a front page and an inside spread, while taking photographs, creating ads and using photoshop.

Hi Georgina, I really need you to write under the key concepts after you've explained your initial idea. Tell me who your audience are, about how you will represent young people to themselves, the local paper conventions you will follow etc. As it is now this proposal cannot pass.
